Jelly

Jelly on Layar! Won’t that get a bit messy? Not when you know what a ‘jelly’ is!

A ‘jelly’ is a bunch of people who usually work at home, working in the same environment where they can bounce ideas of each other, network and simply escape the confines of their usual home environment. It suits remote workers and freelancers, drawing in people from many industries. Jelly’s are worldwide, established first in the USA, but quickly taking off around the world. For more info check out http://workatjelly.com/

Each jelly is organised by an individual who, as well as being a volunteer, finds a location for the jelly – usually in the offices of a creative industry with spare desk space and wi-fi, but sometimes in coffee shops or even other peoples houses.

The aim of our jelly layer is to allow the organisers to add jelly locations so the jelly-workers can find the location easily.

We may also add wi-fi spots, cafes, bars, etc that are local to the area but with the other layers available this may not be required.
